ASE Concrete Floor Coatings recently finished up work on the Northern Kentucky Children’s Home.  We were competing with a VCT installation for the job so we had to keep our cost low.  We decided that the best option for them would be for us to fix all the cracks and then put pigmented epoxy down at 100 sq ft per gallon so that it was thick and dried smooth filling in all the smaller cracks and pitting.  Then coming back and putting a pigmented urethane with a semi aggressive grit in it for the topcoat.  The last day we put up a rubber cove base and added some 5ftx5ft diamonds in a different color to the floor.  Check out the pics from this job.
